The Sonus DAS FlexPlate replaces your standard DA backing plate, allowing pads to be changed quickly and easily. Requires only 0.15 pounds per square inch of pad pressure to begin flexing, offering better comfort (less hopping) and improved polishing safety. With its unique 30 degree bevelled edge, fully-laminated Velcro backing, and advanced polyurethane foam construction, the Sonus DAS FlexPlate adds a new level of safety and quality. When used with 6-7 inch foam pads, the Sonus DAS FlexPlate is perfectly balanced for use without changing out your counterweight.

Works with our 6-inch dual-action polishers (Kestrel DAS-6 and Meguiar's G220), or all polishers with a 5/16-24 spindle.

Use with Sonus SFX Pads for paint repairs, polishing and waxing.
