Shipping rates & regions

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders when you spend at least £25 on products (including discounts)!

Our online store can only accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK addresses and certain countries in Western Europe for which we have shipping arrangements.

• UK and Northern Ireland: £3.75
• UK Next Day (order before 1pm to guarantee): £4.95
• France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Eire up to 20kg: £8.00
• Rest of Europe up to 20kg: max. £15.00 - see our full shipping rate card

Postage & Packing is reflected automatically in the shopping basket depending on your selected country and order weight.

If you are outside our shipping area, please contact us in the first instance to discuss what we can do about shipping to your country.

Delivery times / schedule

We try to despatch orders within 1 working day of receipt, but we do not guarantee this. Our aim is to get your shining equipment to you as soon as humanly possible, but please allow 5 working days for despatch and delivery of an Order if the delivery address is within the UK, or 10 Working Days for despatch and delivery of an Order if the delivery address is outside the UK. Orders may be split in to multiple packages when necessary, at no additional cost to you.

Tracking

Shipping is made by our reputable courier company. With the exception of low value items we will track all despatches on your behalf and handle any queries with the courier. We will e-mail you shipping details and tracking number (if available) once your order is despatched.

Returns

If you want to return an item, you must contact Shinearama within 5 working days to obtain a Goods Return Authorisation, otherwise we may not receive your return. Please see our Terms & Conditions for our returns policy.
