We need to hold certain information about you so that we can process your orders: your name, billing & delivery addresses, e-mail address, and telephone numbers. You are required to give us your details when you agree to buy goods, to allow us to keep you informed about your order and fulfill our obligations.

What we do with your information

Any information you give us is used for internal purposes only, for the fulfillment of your order, and to update you with information about us and any future offers. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other parties. Some of your details will be taken by our payment provider and courier company in order to fulfill your order.

Payment Security

Our payments are taken through a secure third party intermediary, Google Checkout, who we trust to handle all card transactions. They will also need to collect information about you, including your credit card details, in order to complete payment and to protect you against fraud. Shinearama neither receives nor holds any of your payment details. The payment provider also have their own policies which are accessible from the payment page.

Cookies

This website, like most others, uses cookies in order to provide you with a personalised shopping experience. A cookie is a small piece of text that we save temporarily on your computer while you browse the site, which simply remembers your session details and disappears soon after you have left the website.
